- StepChange Debt Charity – Free expert debt advice and practical support to help you regain control.
- TASC – The Ambulance Staff Charity – Financial and emotional support for ambulance staff and their families.
Mental Health & Wellbeing
- CALM – Mental health support and suicide prevention.
- Samaritans – 24/7 listening and emotional support — no judgment, just someone to talk to.

Food Banks
