How we started
About EMED Group
The EMED Foundation is an independent charitable organisation established by EMED Group, the UK’s leading provider of health and care logistics. As a trusted partner to the NHS and local authorities, EMED Group’s four specialist divisions deliver essential services across patient transport, mental health, community, and medical courier operations.
A key part of EMED Group’s mission is enabling access to vital health and care services. Through the Foundation, that mission continues by supporting people and communities beyond their frontline transport services.
